Homeownership Classes

Before applying for homeownership, potential partner families are required to participate in our Homeownership Classes. These classes will help prepare you for successful homeownership by covering essential topics such as budgeting, home maintenance, financial responsibility, and the responsibilities of Habitat homeownership.

​Who We Partner With

We partner with families who:

• Are in need of better housing.
  
• Are willing to invest "sweat equity" hours toward building their home and others.
  
• Have the ability to repay an affordable mortgage.
