We build and sell homes with no profit, offering affordable mortgages to local families who:
✔️ Have a housing need
✔️ Are willing to partner with us (sweat equity)
✔️ Have the ability to pay an affordable mortgage

Step 1: Take the Homebuyer Education Class
All applicants must complete a Homebuyer Education Certificate through our partner, Lutheran Social Services of South Dakota. This free class helps you:
