✅ Who May Qualify
Households must:

- Be located in Davison or Hanson County
- Have household income between 30%–60% of Area Median Income (AMI)
- Demonstrate repair need and willingness to partner in the process

Habitat repair support is a partnership model.

- Habitat may assist with small repairs and limited materials
- Repairs exceeding $300 are the homeowner’s responsibility
- We can help review options and connect homeowners with contractors when appropriate

Repair services are offered as staffing, volunteers, and funding allow.
